We receive many thank you notes and have talked about posting them to our web site. Not sure how to go about doing it with out looking like we only post the positive responses.

With our 5 day return policy on cash sale we really do not get bad comments. Yes, some items do not meet the customers expectation and do return for a credit less shipping both ways. If Hers & Mine fails to correctly describe the item and it was not represented correctly (Hers & Mine making that call)  we pays for the shipping charges both ways. Therefore, we really try to give an accurate description of all items.

Since we deal with items of one of a kind and when it is SOLD we hardly every see one again. Customers do get put out when we fail to mark an item sold. We have 9 children and 16 grand kids and occasionally we will give them an item and fail to complete our cycle and mark it gone. We have a strict policy honoring the buyer that pays first when one or more person is inquiring about an item. When we say it is gone you can be assured we did not play any games. Yes sometimes, we just messed up in doing our house keeping. We are truly sorry when this happens.
